Once again, on April 17, 2008, all Crime Watch and Neighborhood Groups will be gathering together to honor our
volunteers at our annual Awards Banquet and Fundraiser. Last year there were
over 200 people in attendance. This event is the only time, each year, for all
group members to come together socially and will give you an opportunity to meet some of our very committed neighborhood leaders.
Please come to our 24th Annual Crime Watch Leonard Buck Awards Banquet.
The cost is $20.00 per ticket and includes a family style meal (all you can eat) of Fruit Cup, Salad, Pork, Turkey,
Filling, Vegetables, cake and ice cream. It will be held on Thursday; April 17,
2008 at the Fearless Fire Company; 1221 South Front St. The
doors open at 6PM and the banquet will start promptly at 6:45PM. There is a cash
bar available for your convenience. We kindly ask that all attendees eat hardily
and drink minimally - this is a crime watch banquet.

reservations must be made and paid by April 10th, 2008. Once you have made a
reservation, we cannot accept any cancellation. We must pay for all seats whether
or not they are filled on that night. You can make your check payable to Allentown
Crime Watch Presidents’ Council and send it to 220 W. Emaus Ave.,
Allentown, PA 18103. Again, reservations and prepayment of tickets are required. No tickets will be available at the door. If you are not on
the list, you will not be able to attend and will be refused admission. SO, YOU
MUST CALL IN WITH YOUR RESERVATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
A raffle for door prizes from the various neighborhood groups and attendees is offered that evening, so please
participate by buying tickets or donating a door prize. If you will be donating
a door prize, please mark the item with your name so it can be announced at the time of the drawing.
